I’m a visual communication designer dedicated to helping small business entrepreneurs and leaders in non-profit organizations share their stories and causes in a meaningful and beautiful way.
Before starting Story & Flourish, I began my design career in the Greetings division at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City. I later worked as a packaging designer for Fourstar Group, a global product development and consumer goods agency in Boston, where I created in-house package and licensing identity systems for retail companies, including Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS. I continued my career with non-profit organizations as a designer and professor, working for the National PTA, Columbia College Chicago, and teaching Graphic Design and graphics software courses at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and DePaul University.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m watching documentary films, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my family. I live in Evanston, Illinois with my husband and daughter who inspire me every day.
